Important Update Related to COVID-19
As we get closer to re-opening the office for our regular dental procedures we want to share with you some new protocols we have put in place to keep everyone safe
- We have doubled the horsepower in our vacuum system. This cuts down the possibility of the spread of airborne viruses.
- Each patient will swish for 30 second with an antibacterial rinse which cuts down the possibility of the spread of airborne viruses.
- We also have purchased two powerful air purifiers that kill airborne viruses.
- All employee and patients temperatures will be taken upon arrival. We will also verify that all employee and patients do not have any COVID-19 symptoms.
- We request that all patients arrive with masks on.
- All patients must confirm their appointments within 24 hours. Confirming that our patients have no COVID-19 symptoms prior to their visit. If patients do not confirm their appointments within 24 hours, their appointment will automatically be cancelled.
- It’s crucial that all patients are on time as we are trying our best to keep our reception area as “socially distant acceptable” as possible. At this point patients who do not honor their scheduled appointment will be unable to reschedule their appointment for a very long time due to the backlog of patients to be seen.
We wanted to remind you that we are experts in infection control regulations. Since 1993, the ADA and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) have updated and supplemented their infection control recommendations to reflect new scientific knowledge and growing understanding of the principles of infection control. It’s imperative for our patients and our employee’s health, that these regulations are met daily. We have always met those regulations and promise to continue to meet and even exceed them.
